Welcome to Kiss My Face Aesthetics. By booking a treatment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to maintain the highest clinical standards and respect the time of both our practitioners and clients.
Booking Your Journey
We aim to make your experience at Kiss My Face as seamless as possible. Please review our booking procedures below to ensure your clinical journey begins smoothly.
How to Book
New clients must book consultation first to discus all skin concerns and what treatment would be right for your skin
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% or £50 is required to secure your slot. All payments are processed securely through our booking software.
Patch Tests
Clinical safety is paramount. All chemical peels and laser hair removal require a patch test 24-48 hours before treatment to check for contraindications.
Confirmations
You will receive a confirmation email once your deposit is paid. A medical form will be provided in clinic to discuss your specific skin goals.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Kiss My Face Aesthetics. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our terms and conditions. We value your time and our practitioner's schedule, ensuring the highest medical standards for every client.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waiting list. Deposits for appointments cancelled within this window will be gracefully rolled over to your next session.
48-Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will unfortunately result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. This fee helps cover our administrative costs and the practitioner's dedicated time.
Late Cancellations
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the full deposit will be retained. Please ensure you receive a confirmation email to double-check your booking details and compliance requirements.
