Consultation Booking

New Clients: New clients cannot book a same-day chemical peel or microneedling session online. They must first book a Skin Patch Test  appointment
Returning Clients: Can book a treatment directly only if they have had a valid patch test for that specific formulation within the last 12 months.

Mandatory Booking Deposit
The Policy: To secure any appointment slot, a non-refundable deposit ( 50% of the treatment fee or a flat fee of £50) must be paid at the time of booking.
Processing: Deposits must be processed securely online via the clinic booking software or taken over the phone before the time slot is officially blocked out.

The client must complete the medical intake online at least 48 hours before their appointment. If severe contraindications are flagged (e.g., active pregnancy), the client will be contacted to discuss

 THE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

 The 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients can reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Their deposit will be rolled over to their next booking.
late Cancellations (Less than 48 Hours): If a client cancels, reschedules, or alters their appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the booking deposit may be forfeited completely to cover practitioner time and room overheads so please contact hello@kissmyface.net ASAP to discuss

No-Shows (Failure to Attend): If a client fails to show up to an appointment without any prior contact, the deposit is forfeited. 

Late Arrivals: The clinic operates a strict 15-minute late policy. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, i may not have enough time to safely complete the skin analysis and treatment.
